Privacy Policy

I take your privacy seriously. This page explains what information I collect, why I collect it, and how I look after it — in plain English, not legal jargon.

What information I collect and why

  • Contact details — your name, email address and phone number, shared when you fill in the contact form or get in touch by phone or text. I use these to respond to your enquiry and arrange appointments.
  • Health and treatment information — details you share during your consultation and sessions, needed to provide safe, appropriate care.
  • Payment information — I take deposits and payments by bank transfer or card reader. I do not store your card details.

How I store it and how long I keep it

Enquiries submitted via the contact form are delivered to my email inbox and are not stored on this website. Treatment notes are kept securely in line with professional record-keeping standards. I keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months if no treatment takes place, and treatment records for 7 years from your last appointment — in line with professional guidance.

Who I share it with

Nobody. I do not sell or pass your personal information to third parties for marketing. If it is ever necessary to liaise with another health professional involved in your care, I will only do so with your knowledge and agreement.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • See a copy of the information I hold about you
  • Ask me to correct or delete it
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you have concerns about how I’ve handled your data
