Arm (Upper Limb) & Leg (Lower Limb) Measurement Journal — Printable Guide & Tracking Sheets

Same place. Same position. Same time.

Keep a clear record of your arm or leg measurements with this practical three-page printable measurement journal from Recover with Rachel.

Designed for people monitoring limb size during lymphoedema management, lipoedema care or recovery, it helps you establish a consistent measuring routine and keep your results together.

Ask your therapist or healthcare professional how often you should measure your limbs. Together, you can agree on a routine that suits your individual needs. More frequent measurements are not necessarily more helpful.

What’s included?

Before You Begin guide – what you need, where to measure and how to find the same points each time.
Upper Limb Measurement Journal – an illustrated measurement map and spaces to record wrist, forearm, elbow and upper arm measurements.
Lower Limb Measurement Journal – an illustrated measurement map and spaces to record ankle, calf, knee and thigh measurements.

Each tracking sheet includes four measurement sessions, dates, times and space for notes. Choose centimetres or inches and a recording frequency that suits your care plan.

Use your journal to look back at measurements, note changes and support conversations with your healthcare professional or therapist. Print fresh tracking sheets whenever you need them for your own use.

Printable A4 PDF digital download. No physical product will be posted. A tape measure is not included and neither is an eyebrow pencil or skin safe chalk.

For monitoring only, not diagnosis. Seek prompt medical advice for sudden, painful or unexplained swelling, redness or pain.
