5. Delivery and Download Access
Digital products are normally made available for download once payment has been successfully processed.
Customers will usually receive access through the order confirmation page and/or an email containing a download link.
Download links may be subject to the limits stated at the point of purchase.
Customers are encouraged to save their purchased files securely and retain a personal backup.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve download problems promptly and without additional charge.
6. Cancellation Rights and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital content purchase made online.
However, this right may be lost once supply of the digital content begins, provided that the customer has:
- Expressly consented to the digital content being supplied during the 14-day cancellation period.
- Acknowledged that they will lose their statutory right to cancel once supply begins.
- Received the required confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement.
Where these legal requirements have been met and supply has begun, customers will no longer have the statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for that digital content.
Where the requirements have not been met, customers retain the cancellation rights provided by law.
Faulty products and statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If a purchased file is faulty, corrupted, incomplete or does not match its description, please contact us.
We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with consumer law. This may include repair, replacement or a price reduction, including a full refund where legally appropriate.
7. Personal Use and Copyright
All original digital products, written content, layouts and designs created by Recover with Rachel remain the intellectual property of Recover with Rachel unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a product grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use.
Customers may:

8. Health and Educational Information
Our digital products are provided for general educational, self-care and record-keeping purposes.
They are not diagnostic tools and must not be used as a substitute for individual medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment or professional clinical advice.
Symptom trackers, photographic records, limb measurements and other resources may help individuals observe changes and prepare for conversations with healthcare professionals.
However, these resources cannot independently establish whether a medical condition is present, whether a treatment is necessary or whether a particular treatment is effective.
Customers should follow advice given by their own healthcare professionals, particularly where they have an existing medical condition, have recently undergone surgery or experience new or worsening symptoms.
Customers should seek timely medical advice for concerning symptoms and urgent medical assistance where appropriate.
9. Individual Results and Responsibility
Every individual’s health circumstances and self-care needs are different.
Recover with Rachel does not guarantee that using a tracker, guide or educational resource will improve a medical condition, reduce symptoms or achieve any specific health outcome.
Customers are responsible for using materials appropriately and seeking professional advice when required.
Nothing in this section removes or limits any legal responsibility Recover with Rachel may have.
10. Compatibility and Printing
Our digital resources are generally provided in PDF format and are intended for use with compatible PDF-reading software.
Some products are designed for A4 printing, while others may also be suitable for viewing or completing digitally.
Actual print appearance may vary depending on printer settings, ink, paper and device.
Product descriptions will identify any specific format or printing requirements.
Where a technical fault or formatting issue means that a product does not meet its description or statutory quality requirements, customers should contact us so that an appropriate remedy can be provided.
11. Privacy and Personal Information
Recover with Rachel respects customer privacy.
Personal information collected when processing an order will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored and protected.
Customers are responsible for deciding what personal health information they record in downloaded documents and with whom they share those completed records.
Purchased downloadable templates are not intended to transmit personal health information back to Recover with Rachel.
Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for further information.
12. Limitation of Liability
Recover with Rachel takes reasonable care to provide accurate, useful and appropriately described digital products.
Our resources are intended to support informed self-care and do not replace individual professional healthcare assessment.
We do not accept responsibility for outcomes arising from using educational materials as a substitute for appropriate medical advice, except where we are legally responsible.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability arising under applicable consumer protection legislation.
13. Changes to Products and Terms
We may update, improve or amend our digital resources and these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Any updated terms will be published on our website with a revised date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights arising from purchases already made.
14. Complaints and Customer Support
We aim to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly.
